The Ministry of Health of Viet Nam would like to recommend all cases of entry into Viet Nam (including Vietnamese citizens and foreigners) from March 1, 2020 to:

1. Complete the medical declaration form at https://tokhaiyte.vn

2. Implement self-quarantine at home or residential place (if not yet subject to concentrated quarantine) within 14 days from date of entry into Viet Nam. If 14 days has lapsed, please continue limiting contact with others.

3. Wear face masks, wash hands with soap or antiseptic alcohol and take other preventive measures.

4. Contact the nearest health facilities for advice and support.
